Since 2005, Melanie O'Hara-Salyers has been entertaining and educating guests at Miss Melanie's Tearoom in Johnson City, Tennessee. She specializes in British-style afternoon tea parties, lunch, "Kids in the Kitchen" cooking and etiquette classes and tea education workshops.
In 2020, Melanie packed the tea kettle and moved the family to Greene County, Tennessee where she and husband Keith, started Valleydale Farms where they grow all-natural elderberry and raise pasture fed Katahdin lambs.
